Melissa Muse is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. Dr. Muse received her doctorate from NOVA Southeastern University in 2001. She has her Master’s Degree in Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and her undergraduate in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. Dr. Muse worked in Family Preservation and community mental health and has been practicing for fifteen years with children and families. Dr. Muse teaches Master’s candidates at Webster University in Myrtle Beach. Dr. Muse has a Cognitive Behavioral Approach and works with sexually abused children, adult survivors of abuse, domestic abuse victims, PTSD and conducts professional trainings when her schedule allows.
Angie Dosemagen is a Licensed Professional Counselor with her Masters in Education. Mrs. Dosemagen has worked in the mental health field for 14 years with five years working in an inpatient psychiatric facility for troubled teenagers. Mrs. Dosemagen has her Masters degree from the Citadel and her undergraduate degree from the University of South Carolina. Mrs. Dosemagen also worked in community mental health family preservation before helping to open Family Bridges Therapeutic Associates LLC. Mrs. Dosemagen practices the Cognitive Behavioral Approach and works with troubled and disruptive children and adolescents, sexually abused children, family therapy and reunification and preservation.
Douglas R. Ritz PhD teamed up with Family Bridges Therapeutic Associates LLC in December of 2001. Dr. Ritz received his psychology PhD from the University of Arkansas and his Masters from the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Ritz studied at the University of Arkansas for his undergraduate work as well. Dr.Ritz has been a practicing psychologist for over 20 years with experience in many fields including disability, parole, and probation and now is enjoying adding the area of children and family work with Family Bridges Therapeutic Associates LLC.
